About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship for undergraduate students. You will join our team to gain practical experience in actuarial work and client consulting. You will work alongside Senior Associate Consultants to provide advice to clients regarding their benefit programs, with an initial focus on defined benefit plans.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Senior Associate Consultants on client benefit programs.
- Develop your financial, business, and consultative skills.
- Guide finance and human resource executives on retirement, health, and welfare needs.
- Participate in professional development sessions and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, with plans to return to coursework after the summer.
- Major in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a quantitative subject.
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a talent for problem-solving.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Availability for the full 10-week program from June 7th to August 13th, 2027.

- This is an on-site role located in Westlake, Texas, Greenwood Village, Colorado, or Chicago, Illinois.
- The internship is paid.
