About the role#
The Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is a 10-week summer internship designed for MBA students. It serves as a pipeline for the two-year, full-time FLP leadership development program. You will work on a high-priority project, collaborate with senior finance leaders, and gain exposure to core finance functions across the organization. This role is a paid opportunity for students graduating in Spring 2028.
What you'll do#
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive decision-making through project management and problem solving.
- Partner with senior finance leaders to assess business challenges and opportunities.
- Perform analysis across core functions including pricing, product, cost, and financial planning.
- Build relationships with business partners to deliver organizational impact.
- Use financial modeling and analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare final deliverables and presentations summarizing your analytical findings and recommendations.
- Participate in company-hosted training and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an anticipated graduation in Spring 2028.
- At least 3 years of work experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong critical thinking, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Unrestricted right to work in the US on a permanent basis. Note that immigration sponsorship is not provided.
- Interest in a leadership development rotational program.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will be required to work onsite at the office for at least two weeks a month, for 5 consecutive days, on a rotation of every other week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: The base salary range is $39 to $70 per hour, depending on experience and scope.
