About the role#
Ferrovial is seeking interns for the Summer 2027 term. This role supports our civil engineering and construction projects in the Houston area. You will gain hands-on experience by working with our teams on infrastructure projects, learning from professionals, and contributing to daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support by organizing documentation, policies, and protocols.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Support active projects through research, material preparation, and team collaboration.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor information to help inform project decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and increase efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering at an accredited U.S. university.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a demanding environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Roles are based on-site in The Woodlands, TX or Pearland, TX.
