About the role#
Ferrovial is building a talent pool for Summer 2027 internships. This role connects students with upcoming opportunities across our business units. You will work on-site in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, gaining exposure to civil engineering and construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.
- Manage and organize documentation for policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity, then present your findings.
- Identify ways to improve existing processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A desire to learn and apply your skills to develop creative problem-solving ideas.
