About the role#
FanGate Solutions is hiring interns for the Light the Knights winter festival at Truist Field in Charlotte. This is a paid role for students or individuals looking to start a career in the sports and live entertainment industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist guests with wristbands, waivers, and ice skates.
- Manage snow tubing lanes by helping patrons with their tubes.
- Monitor ice rink access points.
- Work at the guest services booth or the ticket office.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
- You are able to commute to Truist Field in Charlotte for event days.
- You can work untraditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented work ethic.
- You maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
- A background in sport management, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Work modality: On-site at Truist Field.
- Pay: $12 per hour.
- Schedule: November 25 to January 3.
