About the role#
Passero Associates is hiring an Interior Design Intern for our Rochester office. This is a paid position where you will gain professional experience on projects like multi-family housing, municipal buildings, and commercial spaces. You will work as part of a team to complete design goals.
What you'll do#
- Create design and construction drawings and details.
- Keep the design library organized and up to date.
- Participate in team meetings to deliver project results.
- Perform field work, including measured drawings, site inspections, and construction field visits.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program for Interior Design or a related field.
- Availability to work from now through Winter or Spring 2027.
- Introductory experience with Revit, Photoshop, and other rendering software.
- A valid driver license and your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on quality work.
- A team-oriented mindset.

- This role is located in Rochester, New York.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
