What you'll do#
- Contribute to meaningful work and projects that add value to the organization.
- Gain practical technical experience in areas such as process engineering, project management, or modeling and optimization.
- Observe the daily operations and workflows of experienced professionals.
- Participate in facility tours to understand site operations.
- Network with senior leaders and peers through professional and social engagement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a STEM discipline, including Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, as well as Computer Science or Data Science.
- Strong academic performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute effectively to project-based work.

- Terms: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
