About the role#
We are looking for an analytical Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in business analysis, financial operations, and internal auditing. You will work with cross-functional teams to support internal reviews, process improvement, compliance, and business decision-making. This position is suited for students or recent graduates interested in a career in finance, accounting, or audit.
What you'll do#
- Participate in internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls.
- Work with the team to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Document business processes and identify areas for improvement or risk.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support financial planning and strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and audit documentation for management and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data tools like Power BI or SQL, or accounting software like SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is preferred.
