About the role#
The Search and Advisory internship is a paid, hybrid opportunity for students or graduates to gain professional experience within a sports agency. Interns work 24 to 29.9 hours per week between September 14, 2026, and December 10, 2026. This role requires reporting to the Dallas office approximately three days per week.
What you'll do#
- Adhere to proposed project timelines and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare key search documents, including search timelines, position specifications, and candidate lists.
- Organize and maintain CRM systems, including inputting candidate information and updating assignments.
- Conduct research to prepare documents and presentations for new client acquisition.
- Assist in client relationship management by drafting communications, identifying outreach opportunities, and sourcing client gifts.
- Manage internal utilization reports to track team capacity and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, accounting, and creative, on internal and client-facing projects.
- Prepare document user guides to support process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Senior standing in college (having completed junior year), enrollment in graduate school, or a completed degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Academic background in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or Psychology.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Schedule: 24 to 29.9 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CT.
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (approximately 3 days in office per week).
