About the role#
As an Analytics Intern, you will support the evaluation and analysis of sports sponsorship opportunities. You will assist in determining the value and impact of sponsorships within the sports industry while working alongside a team focused on optimizing sponsorship strategies and maximizing return on investment. This role is a paid opportunity designed to provide practical experience in sports analytics and sponsorship valuation.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in statistics, business administration, finance, economics, data science, or a related field (or recent graduate status).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data for business decisions and financial evaluations.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with database structures and querying syntax, such as SQL.
- Working knowledge of Python, R, and GenAI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A basic understanding of the sports industry and sponsorship landscape.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: September 14, 2026, to December 10, 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office.
- Hours: 24 to 29.9 hours per week.
- Compensation: $17.05 per hour.
