About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 14, 2026, through December 10, 2026. Interns will work in a hybrid capacity, supporting the Brand Marketing team while gaining exposure to other divisions within the agency through educational sessions. The role pays $17.00 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with research, brainstorms, and the development of creative platforms and consumer engagement activations.
- Manage and track client deliverables, including data entry and project coordination.
- Learn the process of negotiating and executing marketing contracts and appearances.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including the creation of itineraries, activation briefs, and event materials.
- Facilitate daily client interactions and help maintain positive relationships with brand, property, and agency partners.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to provide recommendations for sponsorship and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your junior year of undergraduate studies or current enrollment in a graduate school program.
- Ability to work 24 to 29.9 hours per week.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Public Health.
- Availability to report to the New York office approximately 3 days per week.
