About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for the Fall 2026 term. Interns will work with the Football Coaches division to support research, database management, and client marketing efforts. The program offers exposure to agency operations through internal learning sessions.
What you'll do#
- Issue requests to universities and organize the resulting responses.
- Build and maintain a database of college football and NFL coaches.
- Review and analyze employment contracts for coaches.
- Assist with updating client marketing materials and assembling media day pamphlets.
- Input coaching, personnel, and organizational data into AI-powered databases to support research.
- Provide project support as needed and handle confidential information.
What you'll need#
- Senior standing in college (having completed your junior year), enrollment in graduate school, or a completed bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
- Availability to work between 24 and 29.9 hours per week.
- Ability to report to the Chicago office approximately 3 days per week.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Journalism, Marketing, Operations Management, Kinesiology, or Criminal Justice.

- Term: September 14, 2026, through December 10, 2026.
- Compensation: $17.05 per hour.
