About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to the organization while applying academic learnings in a professional setting. Interns will gain exposure to the end-to-end event planning process, including logistics, vendor management, and financial reconciliation. Participants will work with the Events team while having the opportunity to learn about other divisions through internal sessions.
What you'll do#
- Provide sales meeting support, including pre-call research and post-meeting recap notes.
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM data, including contacts, accounts, and activity records.
- Conduct research on live events, production, and the experiential marketing landscape.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, hospitality initiatives, and experiential marketing programs.
- Prepare event presentations, proposals, travel itineraries, and project status documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Partnerships, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Client Services.
What you'll need#
- Completed junior year of undergraduate studies, current enrollment in graduate school, or possession of a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
- Availability to work under 30 hours per week.
- Ability to report to the New York office approximately 3 days per week.
