About the role#
Eupry is seeking a part-time US Office Support and Operations Intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role focuses on providing high-quality assistance to our customers while contributing to the development of our office culture. You will gain hands-on experience in the life science industry, working closely with our U.S. leadership and international colleagues.
What you'll do#
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Help foster a supportive and positive team culture within the office.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A service-minded approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- A curiosity for technology, including interest in AI tools, connected devices, or IoT solutions.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work evening shifts and partial in-office days.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Computer Science.
