About the role#
Eupry is seeking a part-time US Office Support and Operations Intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role focuses on providing customer support, troubleshooting product issues, and contributing to the development of our new U.S. office culture. You will work 20 hours per week in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-office operations with evening coverage for support tickets and phone calls.
What you'll do#
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Help foster a supportive and positive team culture within the office.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A service-minded approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Curiosity for technology, including interest in AI tools, connected devices, or IoT solutions.
- Ability to work evening shifts and partial in-office days.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Current enrollment in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Computer Science.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
