About the role#
This internship sits at the intersection of data, technology, and human insight. You will join the People Analytics and AI team to help leaders make decisions and shape the employee experience. This is a paid, full-time summer 2027 opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Design and consult on AI-powered solutions using platforms like MS Copilot, Glean Work AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Snowflake.
- Build and prototype intelligent agents and workflows to automate analytics and simplify data access.
- Extract, transform, and model data from sources such as Dataflows, Power Query, or Snowflake.
- Develop visual stories and dashboards in Power BI to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experiment with new AI and analytics tools to help define future processes.
- Collaborate across HR and analytics teams to connect technical possibilities with business value.
What you'll need#
- Active full-time enrollment in an accredited Bachelor or Master program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum 2.7 GPA.
- Foundational skills in Python and SQL for analysis and model prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering using foundation LLMs.
- Proficiency with data preparation tools like Power Query, Dataflows, or Snowflake.
- Experience or interest in AI tools for multi-step tasks and automation.
- Skills in building dashboards, preferably in Power BI.
- Technical agility to learn new AI solutions and tools.
- Personal traits including curiosity about AI, courage to share points of view, and grit when solving problems.

- Duration: 12 weeks, starting May 25, 2027.
