About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to build technical skills in a professional environment. You will work alongside ERCOT employees as part of a team to solve real challenges facing the electric industry. We are recruiting interns to support areas including Data Operations, Data Product Management, and Grid Research Innovation and Transformation.

What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The program runs from early June through the second week of August.
- Work is hybrid with a requirement to be on-site in Taylor, Texas, at least 2 days per week.
- Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
