How to get in at Equiteq

Applying early is a distinct advantage at Equiteq because recruiters review candidates as they arrive. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, which helps you apply before the pile grows. Being one of the first in the queue often means your resume gets a more thorough look than those that arrive later in the cycle. You can use this timing to your benefit by keeping your materials ready for when the alert hits your inbox. Reaching out to the right person is the second step to securing a spot at Equiteq. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind the company roles so you can contact them directly to ask about the position or a referral. This direct approach often improves your response rates compared to sending applications into a general queue. It is a simple way to show you are serious about the firm and the work they do.
