About the role#
We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator Intern to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This role supports our IT project managers in planning and executing projects that help us improve construction technology. You will work on-site and gain experience by supporting ongoing projects while gradually taking ownership of smaller initiatives under the guidance of senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support IT project managers with project planning, task tracking, and monitoring milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and status trackers.
- Brief stakeholders and IT teams on project progress.
- Gather requirements and coordinate testing and deployment efforts.
- Proactively identify potential risks to delivery timelines.
- Lead smaller IT initiatives with mentorship from senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep documentation organized.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and project management concepts.
- Familiarity with monday.com, Apple devices and macOS, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A willingness to learn and support ongoing projects.

- Location: Columbia, MO (Headquarters).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Schedule: Flexible, with a preference for Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
