About the role#
EOS Defense Systems USA is hiring a Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a part-time, on-site, year-round position. You will work up to 29 hours per week while maintaining your school schedule. You will assist with procurement, inventory analysis, and process improvement projects while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage and review vendor information within our ERP system.
- Track inventory levels, shipments, and supplier performance.
- Support procurement tasks including data entry, purchase orders, and vendor communication.
- Assist with supply chain planning, forecasting, and maintaining target stock levels.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify process improvements.
- Present findings and project results to supply chain leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Modality: On-site (must reside locally or commute daily).
- Schedule: Part-time, maximum 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
