About the role#
Entre Technology Services is hiring an IT Intern to join our team in Billings. This role offers hands-on experience with hardware, software, and systems support for a variety of businesses. You will work on-site to assist our staff and gain exposure to different technologies.
What you'll do#
- Configure hardware like desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide basic helpdesk support to internal staff for hardware and software issues.
- Participate in on-site installations.
- Assist with the setup, testing, and deployment of IT systems.
- Document processes and support implementation for various IT projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Billings, Montana.
- The internship is full-time and follows a rolling schedule.
- This is a paid position.
