About the role#
We are seeking a Sales Assistant Intern to join our sales team in Los Angeles. This full-time internship offers college students the chance to gain hands-on experience in media, advertising, and sales. You will work directly with our team to support client campaigns and develop professional skills in a real-world setting.
What you'll do#
- Help identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and client materials.
- Research market trends, specific industries, and potential clients.
- Update and manage customer information within our CRM systems.
- Attend client meetings to take notes and handle follow-up tasks.
- Work with internal teams to support the execution of campaigns.
- Analyze client needs and share ideas for marketing solutions.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the sales staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, ideally studying Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated and positive approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
