About the role#
This internship provides experience in business operations and leadership. You will work at a rental branch in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, taking on tasks similar to our full-time staff. The program is designed to help you gain professional skills through hands-on work and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Assist customers and build relationships with them and your coworkers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Complete assigned intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with other interns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising senior in a college or university with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or management.
- A valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (10-12 week commitment, mid-May to August).
