About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship designed to help you build business and leadership skills. You will work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those faced by our full-time professionals. This role is based in the Gainesville, Florida market and may support branch locations in Alachua County, Newberry, and surrounding communities.
What you'll do#
Your daily responsibilities will vary as you learn to run a business. You will manage a fleet of vehicles and handle customer needs. You will also develop marketing strategies and build professional relationships with both customers and coworkers. Throughout the program, you will complete specific intern projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time in a college or university, graduating no later than May 2028.
- Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Gainesville, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: 12 weeks, full-time.
- Availability: Must be available from May 17th to August 6th.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
