About the role#
Entegris is seeking a Human Resources Co-Op for our Bloomington, Minnesota site. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment beginning in January 2027. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, talent development, and operational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in HR analytics, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Conduct site-wide training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Analyze historical learning data to recommend priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and communicate findings and insights to HR and business leadership.
- Create and standardize HR playbooks, process documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Develop self-service guides and job aids to assist leaders with HR processes.
- Document key workflows and best practices to support operational efficiency.
- Design a comprehensive Workforce Insights Report to track trends in turnover, hiring, and engagement.
- Transform workforce data into visualizations and recommendations for talent decisions.
- Partner with site leadership on talent management and continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Rising junior, senior, or graduate student status.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to create clear process documentation and business presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with university requirements for co-op program participation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January through June 2027.
