About the role#
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Co-Op to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 6-month assignment. You will focus on improving processes and reducing manufacturing costs within our Assembly, Flush Room, and Warehouse departments.
What you'll do#
- Support Kaizen events and assist with workshop documentation.
- Implement 5S activities across the site.
- Participate in Gemba walks.
- Assist with productivity savings calculations and projects.
- Perform root cause analysis using various tools.
- Maintain TDM boards.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a Junior in a Bachelors program for Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Graduation year of 2028 or 2029.
- At least 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Familiarity with your university requirements for co-op participation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.

- The position runs from January through June 2027.
