About the role#
ENGIE is hiring a Health & Safety Intern for the summer of 2026. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Columbus, Ohio. You will support our safety team in maintaining a secure work environment across our renewable energy operations.
What you'll do#
You will help develop health and safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections. Your work includes participating in training programs, preparing safety reports, and assisting with workplace accident investigations.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Public Health, Health Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. You should have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessment procedures. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work well in a team, and clear communication.
Location & details#
This position is located in Columbus, Ohio. It is an on-site, full-time role for Summer 2026. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this internship.
