About the role#
This internship provides experience within the Supply Chain department at our Home Office. You will work on assigned projects and tasks to support our procurement and supply assurance operations. Interns participate in all program activities and deliver a final presentation at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Review and survey business continuity plans.
- Manage critical supplies by sourcing alternate plans for high priority items.
- Map pedigrees for supplies to support disruption event software.
- Link equipment with key accessories and expand data sheets and pictures for items.
- Review contract termination clauses.
- Create an education program for central supply managers to share best practices for new and existing employees.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, preferably as a Junior or Senior.
- Coursework in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- An interest in the supply chain field.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Birmingham, Alabama.
- The internship runs from Monday, June 7, 2027, to Friday, July 30, 2027.
