About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience on active construction sites. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support daily project operations. The role balances physical labor with technical learning to help you build a foundation in the construction industry.
What you'll do#
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging trenches, loading materials, and operating hand and power tools.
- Keep the work environment clean and follow all safety protocols.
- Help project teams with the planning, execution, and management of construction projects.
- Assist with project documentation, including budgets, plans, reports, and schedules.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and site staff to meet project goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program or technical school for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to adapt to the requirements of a construction site.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- Work is performed on-site.
