About the role#
As a Customer Experience Intern at Emerson, you will serve as a bridge between company strategy and customer expectations. You will identify key pain points in the customer journey and manage projects to implement process or tool enhancements. This role requires you to act as a customer advocate, helping the business make decisions that foster an improved experience.
What you'll do#
- Project manage the creation and implementation of process or tool enhancements to address customer experience gaps.
- Collaborate with business leaders to integrate client feedback and metrics into decision-making processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify the drivers behind process performance gaps and customer issues.
- Implement corrective actions to remedy poor customer experiences.
- Create and deliver training materials to reinforce a customer-first approach across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program or higher, preferably in Communications or Business Administration.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate directly with customers.
- Experience analyzing large datasets with both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
