Systems Training Co-op (Enterprise Resource Planning)

About the role#

The Systems Training Co-op (ERP) will assist the Applications Training Team in the deployment of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system across multiple operating sites. This role focuses on training delivery, end-user support, and post-go-live stabilization. You will work closely with business users, trainers, and project team members, requiring flexibility to support extended work schedules during critical project periods.

What you'll do#

• Assist with training logistics, including classroom setup, participant registration, and attendance tracking.
• Support both virtual and in-person training sessions and help users with navigation and system questions.
• Maintain and distribute training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Provide first-level support to end users following the ERP go-live, including assisting with transaction processing.
• Document, track, and escalate system issues through established support channels.
• Participate in daily Hypercare meetings and issue review sessions.
• Help identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, such as updating FAQs and reference guides.

What you'll need#

• Currently working towards an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Previous work experience in a technical or engineering environment is considered an asset.
• Experience with form design, macros, and data analysis is considered an asset.

• Location: Sparwood, British Columbia, Canada.
• Term: Summer 2026 (July start, 4-6 month duration).
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: Paid position.
