About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Milwaukee. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how community engagement and special events build brand awareness and drive membership growth. You will work both out in the community and inside our clubs to help introduce families and individuals to our programs.
What you'll do#
- Create fun, interactive experiences that bring our brand into the local community.
- Support family-focused events at our clubs, such as field days, fundraisers, and community celebrations.
- Interact with event participants to ensure they have a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Observe how experiential marketing increases program participation and generates new memberships.
What you'll need#
- An interest in marketing, communications, business administration, sociology, or community engagement.
- A desire to assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Skills in creating engaging and interactive experiences.
