Project Coordinator, Nuclear Co-op

About the role#

The Project Coordinator Co-op provides scheduling and administrative support to the Project Management department. This role works closely with the Director of Project Management and Project Managers to ensure the effective delivery of projects and adherence to company operating policies.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Project Management department.
• Maintain and refine electronic filing systems and standard documents using Microsoft Office.
• Assist in the creation of schedules during the project planning phase.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, filed, and maintained.
• Prepare shipping documents and project checklists.
• Monitor project milestones and notify the appropriate departments if they are not met.
• Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy and maintain high ethical standards in all business activities.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities while working independently.
• Experience or understanding of robotics, control systems, and machine operation is desirable.
• Preference is given to candidates with PMI credentials.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is considered an asset.
