Marketing Coordinator Co-op

About the role#

Eclipse Automation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Co-op to support our marketing team in Cambridge. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the advanced manufacturing automation industry. You will contribute to a variety of projects, including content creation, digital campaigns, and internal communications, while gaining professional experience in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do#

• Develop and publish social media content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Support campaign management processes in HubSpot, such as list organization and lead scoring.
• Conduct research to explore new marketing platforms and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate team workshops and brainstorming sessions, including preparation and documentation.
• Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters, videos, and town halls.
• Provide on-site support for events and video shoots, assisting with logistics and content gathering.
• Maintain shared marketing files, image libraries, and task management tools.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience writing for business, social media, or newsletters.
• Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office; experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, or WordPress is considered an asset.

• Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
• Status: Full-time co-op position.
