About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the Information Technology Department during the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh convention. You will help manage IT operations across the convention grounds, ensuring systems are ready for staff and attendees.
What you'll do#
- Deliver, unload, set up, and take down PC systems, including monitors, keyboards, and mice, across the event site.
- Respond to helpdesk inquiries and assist users with computer and Wi-Fi issues.
- Install, configure, and test software, such as admission systems.
- Follow safety practices in the workplace and aviation environment.
- Complete other tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Basic understanding of PC hardware and software.
- Familiarity with MS Windows and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with helpdesk tasks and working directly with end users.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, squat, and stand for long periods of time.

- Work is on-site and full-time.
