About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in IT systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity. You will work alongside our IT Systems Administrator to keep our staff and technology running. This role is based on-site in Erlanger, Kentucky, and includes paid housing.
What you'll do#
- Support the helpdesk ticketing system and resolve end-user issues.
- Participate in identity and access management tasks.
- Assist with server administration and endpoint management.
- Perform IT asset management duties.
- Support network management, firewall configuration, and cybersecurity practices.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A love for learning and solving problems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A desire to serve others.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various projects.
