About the role#
This internship offers insight into fundraising, sales, and customer service. You will help organize ministry initiatives and support the customer experience. This is a full-time, paid summer role based in Erlanger, Kentucky. We provide paid housing for our interns.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate ministry initiatives and customer experience projects.
- Build relationships with donors and welcome them to the Ambassador’s Club.
- Raise awareness of our mission and the Parish Book Program.
- Manage donor prayer intentions and update contact information in our systems.
- Work across multiple platforms, including Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- A love for teamwork and healthy competition.
- A desire to serve customers.
- The ability to invite others to support a mission.
- Flexibility to adapt to various projects and tasks.
