About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will focus on the administrative foundations that allow our team to thrive. You will gain experience across the employee lifecycle while working to remove administrative friction and improve internal processes. This role is based in Erlanger, Kentucky, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS and other software tools to ensure data accuracy and optimize workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing customer service and resolving issues.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
