About the role#
This internship position focuses on providing enterprise level support for infrastructure and business applications. You will work with a variety of technologies including workstations, servers, storage, mobile devices, and software. This role is part of an intern or co-op conversion track for the 2026-2027 period.
What you'll do#
- Provide enterprise level support for hardware and software technologies.
- Integrate software to enable the usage, support, and monitoring of hardware.
- Develop and maintain routine work procedures for infrastructure tasks.
- Define standard methodologies for system installations and upgrades.
- Monitor the performance of various infrastructure components.
- Participate in the evaluation, acquisition, and integration testing of new components.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of computer skills, including general usage and support.
- Ability to thoroughly document work processes and adhere to established procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks.
- Capacity to build working relationships across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
