About the role#
We are looking for interns to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This role offers hands-on experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of baseball events. You will work across event operations, marketing, and business tasks to support our youth sports programs.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning and coordination of baseball events.
- Support event setup, including venue preparation, equipment and merchandise management, and signage placement.
- Collaborate with event participants and provide on-site support.
- Help with admissions, merchandise sales, scorekeeping, and customer service.
- Manage post-event cleanup, including returning equipment to headquarters, inventory, and video editing.
- Assist with data research, social media, and email marketing.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the attendee experience.
- Complete an end-of-internship presentation summarizing your experience and an innovative implementation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for baseball and interest in sports event management.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

- This is a paid, full-time internship with a $2,500 stipend.
- Locations: Sanford, Florida and Winter Haven, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 19, 2027 through April 30, 2027).
