About the role#
DS Sports Ventures is seeking a Digital Content Intern for the Summer 2027 season. This role supports the USA Tournament Series by creating digital video and photo content to grow brand awareness. You will work on-site at various youth baseball and softball tournaments across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, and New York. This is a paid, full-time hybrid position that provides hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, audio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Digital Content Producer with event coverage, including tournaments, showcases, and team scout days.
- Provide photography services such as action shots, headshots, and team photos.
- Develop new video products like staff interviews, personal testimonies, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture and edit content for social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Post updates to social media channels during live games.
- Represent the USA Tournament Series in a professional manner to all attendees and partners.
- Attend all scheduled Google Meets meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in video production or a related media field.
- General experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A reliable automobile for travel to tournament locations.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively throughout the day.

Location & details#
- Location: Bellingham, MA, with travel required to tournament sites.
- Term: May 21, 2027, to August 16, 2027.
- Availability: You must attend orientation on May 21 and be available for the Memorial Day Classic from May 28 to May 31. You will also be assigned to cover at least 5 additional events and up to 15 games in the Eastern Collegiate Summer League.
- Travel: Willingness to stay in hotels is required. Hotel accommodations are provided for travel exceeding 100 miles one way.
