About the role#
DRT Strategies is hiring interns for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Arlington, Virginia. You will work within project teams to address business and technical problems for our clients.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to identify and solve technical challenges.
- Provide functional and technical IT support.
- Configure and implement platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Develop solutions using Java.NET, C#, or Python.
- Analyze technical approaches and provide recommendations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Participate in training to learn new technologies and programming languages.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with computer science principles, software design, and testing.
- Experience with web development technologies and application frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
- Knowledge of database technologies, SQL, and data visualization principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
- A focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
