About the role#
The Technology & Innovation (T&I) intern supports our software engineering, product management, and solutions engineering teams. You will assist with technical and operational initiatives that drive our enterprise digital strategy. This role provides direct exposure to Agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical groups.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering and product teams with documentation, testing, data analysis, and research.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation efforts.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Contribute to the development of mockups, specifications, or architecture documentation.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Help validate system functionality, identify defects, and document enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows and technical solution alignment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, business, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required, though internship or academic project experience in software development, analytics, or technology is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
