As a Co-op Project Manager, you will work within the Marine organization to support Program Managers, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the full hardware development lifecycle. This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and offers the opportunity to gain experience in how products are built from the ground up while helping teams stay organized and aligned.
What you'll do#
- Assist Program Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Develop project management tracking tools and dashboards to provide visibility into project status.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track follow-up actions.
- Support risk identification, mitigation tracking, and issues management.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Work with mechanical, electrical, test, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders on day-to-day execution.
- Participate in sprint planning and team scrums.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfort communicating with technical teams.
- Interest in hardware product development and technology.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, with exposure to bills of materials (BOMs) or product lifecycle concepts.
- Experience in technical environments such as labs, design teams, or engineering courses.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to ask questions and learn.

- Locations: Richmond and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position ($23.50 - $27.50 CAD per hour).
- Eligibility: Open to current students enrolled in a Canadian accredited university and co-op program.
