About the role#
The Content Design Intern will join the Training team at Dometic in Elkhart, Indiana. This role focuses on supporting the development and administration of learning materials, collaborating on creative content, and assisting with video production to support the organization's training initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including uploading courses and managing learning materials.
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to generate course descriptions, quizzes, summaries, and interactive content.
- Support video production by filming, editing, and enhancing training videos with captions and audio.
- Collaborate on creative content by designing graphics for courses and developing storyboards and scripts.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality across all learning assets.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate (minimum rising junior level) in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AI prompting and content generation tools.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Clip Champ.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and basic graphic design fundamentals.
