About the role#
The Business Associate Internship is a ten-week, full-time program for undergraduate students interested in investment management. You will join a specific team that supports our investment business. This role provides a view into how our firm operates and offers opportunities to learn about the industry through information sessions and professional development. Successful interns may be considered for our full-time Rotational Associate Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work within your assigned department.
- Handle day-to-day responsibilities for your team.
- Take part in learning opportunities to understand our firm and the investment management industry.
- Gain exposure to various departments, which may include Investment Operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Integrations, Human Capital, Communications, Technology, Client Service, Shareholder Services, or Corporate/Fund Treasury.
What you'll need#
- Strong academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
- A transcript is required for your application.
- Interest in financial markets, asset management, or wealth management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Curiosity and an openness to learning about different areas of the firm.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Experience with Excel is preferred.

- Compensation: $35.00 per hour.
