Hardware Engineering CoOp

About the role#

Doble Engineering is seeking a Hardware Engineering CoOp to join our team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This full-time, 6-month position offers the opportunity to contribute to product development while gaining hands-on experience in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry. You will work alongside experienced engineers to help deliver the next generation of hardware products.

What you'll do#

• Participate in basic circuit debug, design analysis, and testing.
• Assist with board software bring up and system characterization.
• Execute system-level testing and document results.
• Write basic scripts to automate test processes.
• Contribute to product development projects while expanding your engineering skill set.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program or equivalent, with 3rd or 4th year of study preferred.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A motivated, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.

Location & details#

• Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (On-site).
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Duration: Approximately 6 months.
