About the role#
The Enterprise Systems Intern will support the PowerBase team with daily operations, including customer case management, software testing, and technical documentation. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise data management systems while working directly with the team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
What you'll do#
- Receive, organize, and update Salesforce support cases, including documenting issue details and maintaining accurate case notes.
- Execute test plans for PowerBase desktop and web applications, recording results, defects, and usability observations.
- Update user guides, troubleshooting steps, and internal support documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify case details, prioritize testing, and coordinate daily tasks.
- Study the PowerBase application to build functional understanding and improve support capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to follow structured processes, take accurate notes, and document work consistently.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing case updates and executing test steps.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision once training is completed.
