Enterprise Systems Intern

About the role#

The Enterprise Systems Intern will support the PowerBase team with daily operations, including customer case management, software testing, and technical documentation. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enterprise data management systems while working directly with the team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

What you'll do#

• Receive, organize, and update Salesforce support cases, including documenting issue details and maintaining accurate case notes.
• Execute test plans for PowerBase desktop and web applications, recording results, defects, and usability observations.
• Update user guides, troubleshooting steps, and internal support documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify case details, prioritize testing, and coordinate daily tasks.
• Study the PowerBase application to build functional understanding and improve support capabilities.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/IT, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to follow structured processes, take accurate notes, and document work consistently.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing case updates and executing test steps.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision once training is completed.
