About the role#
As an Operational Analytics Intern, you will support the DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS organization. You will work on projects that influence financial performance and help shape the future of our business. This role involves collaborating across teams to support initiatives focused on gross adds, retention, and process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis regarding project commitments to drive financial performance.
- Perform KPI analytics to identify the drivers of business performance.
- Execute deep segmentation of the customer base to understand impacts on the customer experience.
- Document processes from initial ideation through to the final deliverable.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 4-year undergraduate or advanced degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analytics.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Technical skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience working in virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to synthesize data into stories and present insights to leadership.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, remote internship.
- The program lasts 10 weeks during the Summer of 2027.
- You must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future.
