About the role#

DigiPen Institute of Technology is seeking temporary Operations Production Student Staff to support the Open World summer workshops in 2026. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure a positive, engaging, and organized experience for campers and their families. This position is open to current DigiPen students and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities throughout the summer.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative and operational support for all Open World workshops.
• Assist with daily camper check-in and check-out procedures.
• Facilitate daily lunchtime operations.
• Maintain classroom readiness by keeping supplies stocked.
• Assist with the setup and production of camper activities, including signage and end-of-day cleanup.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, campers, and teammates.
• Assist with the transportation of supplies between the main campus and off-site locations.

What you'll need#

• Must be a current matriculated student at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in working with children and teens, with the ability to engage them effectively.
• Ability to provide a supportive experience and adapt to the changing needs of campers.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must reside within the State of Washington.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and a 5-panel (non-THC) drug screen.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Location & details#

• Term: Summer 2026 (June 8 – August 21, 2026).
• Locations: On-site at DigiPen Institute of Technology (Redmond, WA) and Cascadia College (Bothell, WA).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Hours generally fall between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Full-time positions range from 30 to 40 hours per week. Part-time positions (15 to 18 hours per week) are available for students taking summer classes, specifically covering the 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. shift.
