Operations Production Lead Student Staff – Open World Summer Workshops, Su26

About the role#

DigiPen Institute of Technology is seeking full-time, temporary Operations Production Lead Student Staff for the Summer 2026 Open World workshops. Producers will lead small teams of production staff to manage daily operational support tasks, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for campers. This position is open to current DigiPen students who have completed high school.

What you'll do#

• Assist with daily student check-in, check-out, and supervision of the extended day program.
• Manage daily lunchtime procedures and ensure classrooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle beginning-of-day setup and end-of-day cleanup, including signage management.
• Assist with the transportation of supplies between the main campus and off-site workshop locations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, campers, and teammates to answer questions and provide support.
• Ensure the production staff maintains an efficient daily schedule.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A genuine interest in working with children and teens, with the ability to engage campers effectively.
• Completion of high school.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Location & details#

• Term: Summer 2026 (June 8 – August 21, 2026).
• Locations: DigiPen Institute of Technology (Redmond, WA) and Cascadia College (Bothell, WA).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, typically between 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check and a 5-panel (non-THC) drug screen.
